I agree with you. How can animals be bad for the trails? They are the natural ones. They did not leave the trash and cans. It is so hard to believe that some activist groups can have so much power. I wish you good luck on your trails and camping.

Georgia does the same thing about camping in some areas. I'm not sure about the disable. Our trail ridding is being discoraged. We made some of the trails and are not allowed on the trails. They say the trails are becoming bad because of the horses and they relieve themselves on them. When the trails are washed out some we go a different way. In some instances we repair the trails. We have work days in our riding clubs and pickup cans, etc. after people that leave trash. We can only park in few locations, even if they are primitive areas. Activist groups are fighting our existence. We, also, can nolonger carry our pet (dogs) with us unless they are on a leash. Hunters that use dogs in the same area are allowed to let their dogs run loose. I've been riding for over 30 years. I have respect for our land. It does not belong to just a few groups. It belongs to God.
