I have an interesting story to tell about “Gramme’s Cookies”. Since back in 2007 when we had the poisoned dog food and dog treats recall I have been focused on making a healthy dog treat for my dogs. You remember the wheat gluten imported from China was contaminated and caused a major national recall.

I have been making the treats for years, just not on a regular basis. I spent some time collecting recipes from the internet and researching dog nutrition and came up with a favorite basic recipe that my dogs seem to love that is nutritious and healthy.

At Christmas, I usually put together a little basket of homemade gifts for Christmas gifts and I gave out little bags of “Gramme’s Cookies” to friends and family that are close to me.

I have been told that the cookies are so well liked by their dogs that if they say “Gramme’s Cookies” the dogs come running for them.

I did not even come up with the name for them. My son came up with it when he gives his boxer his cookies, he calls out “Gramme’s Cookies” and the boxer comes happily running for them.

I have a basic nutritious recipe that can be enhanced with 1) Beef and Beef stock, or 2)Turkey and Turkey stock, or 3) Chicken and Chicken stock or 4) Peanut Butter and Vegetable stock or 5) Cheese and Vegetable stock. They will be made in 2 sizes, Large shaped (for larger dogs) and Small shaped (for the small or medium size dogs).

They are 100% natural and wholesome Doggie Treats. No Preservatives, no Artificial Flavors, No Sweeteners, and No Hydrogenated Oils or Trans Fats. Just a great fresh homemade treat that the dogs really love.
